Immaculate units with the TV, extra touches and coffee making supplies, and the staff were welcoming. The hotel was in a brilliant location, right down to arranging a cheaper rate on the ferry.

Modern and freshly decorated rooms with lovely views of the sea. Exceptionally comfortable bed and very pleasant and incredibly kind staff. Excellent service, parking on-site.

The personnel were nice. The location was central, brilliant to Shanklin esplanade. We had lunch at nearby Domino's Pizza, tried their fast food options.

Decent sized and freshly decorated rooms with lovely views of the sea. Magnificent location in the good area, just off the Shanklin sea front as well as the beach and town. For tea or coffee visit Grub Plus Restaurant nearby.

Everything was excellent, had a comfortable stay in September. I had the superior king room with all needed, the breakfasts were gorgeous. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and there were coffee/tea makers, a multi-channel TV, and a sitting area too. The location of the hotel was excellent, close to everything.

This location was great and incredible, just off Shanklin town center and the beach/promenade, and many restaurant options and supermarkets. We had lunch in Domino's Pizza, located nearby. Had a particularly good breakfast, a well-appointed room with a lovely view of the sea. There was exceptionally comfortable bed, an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron.
